The GK-12 switch photoelectric deviation correction controller mainly controls the lateral deviation of a reel, so it requires a relatively low deviation-correction speed. It can correct deviations for all kinds of coils, such as reel paper, film, metal foil, non-woven cloth, weaving cloth, and more. Depending on the printing pattern of the rectifying material, you can choose the following edge or following line mode, freely set single- or double-eye detection, and use a permanent-magnet, low-speed synchronous motor for deviation correction. Depending on their requirements, the user can choose a ball wire rod or a standard screw, so the deviation-correction drive stroke and coil offset have a strict proportional relationship. The GK-72 deviation correction controller uses centralized control with an advanced single-chip microcomputer, allowing it to select a single electric eye or a double electric eye to correct deviation.
