The GK-12 switch photoelectric deviation correction controller mainly controls the lateral deviation of a reel, so it requires a relatively low deviation-correction speed. It can correct deviations for all kinds of coils, such as reel paper, film, metal foil, non-woven cloth, and so on. Depending on the deviation-correction materials, we can choose the following edge-follow-the-line mode and freely use single- or double-electric-eye detection to meet the requirements of each material. Because the digital photoelectric switch is used for detection, and the permanent-magnet low-speed synchronous motor and ball rod are used as the drive, combined with the deviation-correction actuator, the deviation correction offers simple installation and convenient debugging.

The GK-72 deviation correction controller uses centralized control with an advanced single-chip microcomputer, allowing it to select a single electric eye or a double electric eye to correct deviation. The single electric eye can effectively reduce vibration and noise caused by deviation correction by adding an adjustment function for the deviation-correction response speed.
