Purpose: suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVC and composite films, paper, etc. with similar properties. Printing speed 5-300 m/min, mechanical speed 320 m/min.2. Transmission: servo motors, each printing unit driven by an independent motor. Benefit: saves electricity.3. Shaftless plate loading: air cylinder pulls the core shaft for plate loading; horizontal adjustment by lead screw. Benefit: shorter changeover, guaranteed concentricity, better print quality.4. Doctor blade: freely adjustable up/down and angle; blade pressure by dual air cylinders; lateral oscillation driven by a three-phase asynchronous motor. Benefit: longer cylinder life.5. Impression lifting: dual self-locking air cylinders protect against air leakage and roller dropping at shutdown. Benefit: even pressure and consistent colour.6. Colour registration: servo-driven automatic register adjustment.7. Unwind/rewind: duplex-station unwind and rewind with fully automatic roll change and splicing; unwind and traction tension by vector variable-frequency control. Benefit: fast, stable registration with no lateral drift; saves material, ink, solvent and energy on long runs - at 300 m/min splice waste is about 10 m (about 10 m less than a 7-motor machine) and ink, solvent and energy savings are about 15%.8. Drying and cooling: centrifugal fan blowing/suction oven (air reduction and capacity increase) with hot-air recirculation and intelligent temperature controller; water-cooled chill and return rollers.
